|  Brokenjam Trivia Quiz Tournament I have been playing a daily trivia quiz on two other forums I frequent and it’s just a bit of fun, so I thought I would create one for us Basically I have set up a tournament for Anothersite members.....every day you can visit and will be presented with 10 questions with multiple choice answers Each day it is a different category of questions Sunday: Celebrities Monday: History Tuesday: General Knowledge Wednesday: Geography Thursday: Movies Friday: World Trivia Saturday: Sports Categories change at some point during the day....i think it is midnight CST, which is about 6am GMT.....it does tell you how long before it changes when you log in I’ve set it so we all do not get the same questions to stop cheating, but we do get questions of the same difficulty level. It doesn’t just depend on how many questions you get right, time taken is also a factor.....do you go slow and get them right or go quick and gamble on some?...........better you do, the more points you score Every day it generates a table of how people have done..........it will also generate weekly and monthly league tables As admin I have set it up with some easy categories but if it gets too easy I can change them or make them harder......there’s something like 1 million questions on there so it should take a while for us to get thro them If you want to play just follow the link to our own tournament and create a free account *edit*......categories will change on a weekly basis* http://www.funtrivia.com/private/main.cfm?tid=95691 new rules!.....10 august 2010 if you are already registered to play this quiz you do not need to do anything! the following new rule is to stop lurkers from joining up to play the quiz without joining AS as well........the whole idea of the quiz was to bring together the community...... please join that community and not just the quiz if you are new to this you will need to pm me to get a password to enable you to play.....you only need this password for the first time you play if you are new and want to play then normal AS rules will apply......you will only get access after making a minimum of 20 genuine posts be warned as i still have Teh Ban Hammer  Last edited by beowulf : 08-10-2010 at 10:17 PM. |

| I think this is a brilliant idea the fact that it generates new questions every day and not everyone gets asked the same questions
