Okay guys, heres the rules.

The rest of us go out on the weekend, we go to the bar, we buy drinks. Sometimes its a little crowded and sometimes it isnt.

the weekend before christmas everyone who spends the weekend with family, working late trying to please the boss or who doesnt want to give a bad impression to the wife comes out and the bar is twelve deep with people wearing novelty christmas sweaters and santa earrings (either/or). We know this, we understand and we'll pat you on the head and point you at the conveniences when after two half pints of lager your foced christmas jollity turns into confusion or the need to show how macho you are.

Why the hell did it start this weekend, your two weeks early, arent you supposed to be impressing the neighbours with how youve gone of to the Caymans for a christmas treat with all the kids not hanging round in town bothering us?

Seriously, six deep at the bar?

I did, the whole town was like that. Its the last payday before christmas so things got crowded.
